Barrington Planning Board in 2007 approved the construction of a 12 unit town house project w/minimal wetland impact on this property. On Sept 7th 2021, the owners revisited the Planning Board to review and receive comments on a modification of the original plan that has long expired: to 6 two-family (12 units) duplexes. The “concept” was received well with the understanding that the project needed further engineering, drainage review, installation of onsite septic, water and a cistern for fire suppression needs.
